By accessing or using the Codentrix website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Codentrix provides IT consulting services including but not limited to cloud architecture, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence solutions, custom software development, data analytics, and DevOps consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Codentrix unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
As a client, you agree to:
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Codentrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual contract. Codentrix reserves the right to refuse service to any client for violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
